Module 1: Introduction to Emergency Preparedness & Response 1.1: Defining Emergencies (ایمرجنسی کی تعریف): What constitutes a workplace emergency (Accidents, Fire, Hazardous Materials, Medical). 1.2: Importance of ERT (ای آر ٹی کی اہمیت): Roles, responsibilities, and coordination of the Emergency Response Team. 1.3: The Chain of Survival (نجات کی زنجیر): Principles of quick assessment, prioritizing actions, and safe intervention. 1.4: Safety First (پہلے اپنی حفاظت): Hazard identification, risk assessment on the scene, and scene management protocols (ERIC PD mnemonic). Module 2: Essential Safety Equipment and Protocols 2.1: Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Selection, inspection, donning, and doffing of appropriate rescue PPE (Helmet, Gloves, Reflective Clothing). 2.2: Breathing Apparatus (SCBA): Types and Use: Understanding Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) and its components. Air Management: Procedures for checking air pressure, duration calculation, and safe entry/exit protocols. Practical Use: Hands-on practice in assembling, testing, and wearing the SCBA set. 2.3: Basic Rescue Tools: Familiarization with essential equipment (Ropes, Harnesses, Tripods, Stretchers, Winches).
