Learning Objectives: Participants will:

  • CPR & First Aid: Gain proficiency in cardiopulmonary resuscitation, burn management, and splinting techniques.

  • Rescue Skills: Learn safe lifting, casualty handling, and basic evacuation procedures.

  • Emergency Response: Respond effectively to common emergencies such as fainting, fractures, and heat stroke.

  • Community Support: Strengthen civic responsibility and teamwork in rescue operations.

  • Completion of Level 1 Civil Defence Basic General Training

  • Basic literacy (English or Urdu)

  • Willingness to participate in practical rescue drills
